A two-day workshop on Himalayan Minor Essential Oils of Uttarakhand was organized by FAFAI in collaboration with the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP) and Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre (FFDC), in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from 8th–9th October 2024. The event brought together experts, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the diversity, untapped potential, and global opportunities of Himalayan essential oils.
