Testing Services Offered By FAFAI 

Analytical Division: Under the Analytical Division, advanced Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) is used for precise chemical analysis. Testing includes major peak identification, fragrance raw materials analysis, flavour raw materials analysis, and finished product evaluation. 

Biodegradability Division: Under the Biodegradability Division, testing is carried out using globally accepted standard methods to assess environmental compatibility. Tests conducted include ready biodegradability (OECD 301D). 

Quality Division: Under the Quality Division, testing is focused on ensuring consistent product performance and minimizing batch-to-batch variability. Tests conducted include pH, solubility, refractive index, density, and optical rotation. 

Safety Division: Under the Safety Division, cruelty-free testing is performed using in-vitro tissue-based models to ensure product safety. Tests conducted include skin irritation (OECD 439), skin corrosion (OECD 431), skin sensitization (OECD 442D), and eye irritation (OECD 491).
